Emblem of Denmark

The Dannebrog or "Danish Cloth" is the Danish national flag, one the oldest continuously used flags in the world. Adopted in 1625, it is a red field with a white cross, reaching the edges to form four equal quadrants. It's said that while fighting in Estonia in 1219, the flag fell from the sky onto Danish Forces, and the Danish won the battle. The colors themselves symbolize red, which represents acarida, which quotes valor, bravery, and strength, and white, which means peace, honesty, and purity.
